The history and prestige of Volume I since it was created by the Concaro sisters, 40 years ago, we did assume that would be chosen in this category. And it was, by an overwhelming majority. In fact, it was the restaurant that got the most votes on the overall result of the \"Restaurant<\/a>survey. The reasons are well known: in Volume I the food is simple, but always achieves a plus that moves by the relentless pursuit of the purest flavors and the use of top quality raw material . Already without Ada Concaro ( alma mater of place , recently deceased ) , Volume I is now in charge of his sister Ebe and his son , Federico Fyalaire , who also serves as sommelier. The result is as careful as always . “The style is maintained. Inevitably , our cooking is very close to mom . As much as I wanted to detach myself , could not do it , “says Fyalaire . To eat like a good Buenos Aires : A<\/span>lbamonte <\/span><\/h1>\n

\"Restaurant<\/a>The cutlets , stews and other dishes from the city’s gastronomy are trendy and still lifes have regained popularity . Many of them were listed in this category (El Trapiche , Chichilo , Lezama , among others) , but it was the most helpful Albamonte collected . \"Restaurant<\/a>Located in Chacarita, offers more than 50 years ago porte\u00f1os Italian dishes in a rustic atmosphere with large family atmosphere and attention of experienced waiters . What fascinates its habitu\u00e9s is its wonderful location : opposite the Aeroparque in Costanera , in the breakwater Yacht Club North Port , entering 500 meters in the Rio de la Plata. What is so attractive ” 8 ” to go in band?
