01Argentina Travel Agency is a travel agency registered with the Argentine Ministry of Tourism under file number 17869, trading under the corporate name BA Travel Services and operating publicly as 01 Argentina Travel Agency by Sichi Tours. We work from our own office at 523 San Martín Street, 4th Floor, Apt. H, Buenos Aires, with a team of travel advisors on staff, and we have been arranging travel in Argentina since 2005.
This site, 01argentina.travel, is the private-travel side of that same company: journeys with your own guide and vehicle at each destination, staying in hotels we choose one by one rather than by star rating. Same office, same registrations, same people as 01argentina.com. What changes is how the trip is put together.
There is a team behind this site: travel advisors who work from our office in Buenos Aires, arranging journeys in Argentina every day of the week. The agency is led by Pablo Diego Polito Gaddi, our Travel Director.
When you write to us, one of those advisors is assigned to your journey and stays with it — the same person plans it, makes the reservations and answers you while you are in Argentina. You will not be explaining your trip again to somebody new each time. And because it is a team and not one desk, there is always somebody reachable.

We are not a booking engine with a contact form. The address at the bottom of this page is a real office on San Martín Street, in the centre of Buenos Aires, where travellers come in, sit down and look at maps with us before they travel. These photographs are of that office, taken there.
At every destination the excursions are yours alone. No coach, no other party, no waiting at four hotels before the day starts.
We do not book a category. We book a specific hotel because of where it stands and what the morning looks like from it, and we tell you why we chose it.
There is no calendar of dates to fit into. The itinerary is built around when you can travel and how long you have.
You keep a direct line to the office in Buenos Aires for the whole journey, in your own time zone or ours. Flights move and weather changes; somebody has to answer.
